ConocoPhillips announced the Sweeny Refinery Gasification Project. The gasification project will be be constructed at the Sweeny Refinery in Sweeny, Texas. The project will use ConocoPhillips proprietary E-Gas gasification technology. The announcement was made at the Gasification Technology Conference in Washington, D.C.
