I’m sorry, I just watched the Video. It answered my Questions, There is a Better Technology out there, and it’s coming sooner than you think, Its cleaner and Costs a fraction of this beta way FutureGen has. And from what I just read a few weeks ago, Peabody and AEP has pulled out of this soon to be failing company, and where are the environmentalists ?????? Instead of pumping the problem up in the air, Your pumping it down in mother earth, with no clue on the long term.

I just hope you all can prop this old technology up long enough to get your money back.

Google Bob Walker, or Bixby Energy

How is this produced and what happens to all the nasty CO2s, Is this the same thing as Futuregen? Burning coal and piping it into the ground?

Thanks for your time, hope to hear back from you.

Gasification Researcher,

Thank you for writing. Everything that you wrote is correct. You are clearly very knowledgeable about the gasification industry, but many of our readers are not as knowledgeable as you and are looking for information about the industry. For this reason, we decided to publish. As always, we offer the information for free and we include links to the source.

We're always on the lookout for breaking news and invite you to provide leads on up-to-date news on the gasification industry. We would be happy to publish it.

Again, thank you.

Would be good to see more up-to-date news. This deal actually took place in September 2008. See the announcment on Secure Energy's website. Also, the costs are now at $800M, also noted on Secure Energy's site.
